SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We may be able to combine shipping on some items and if you are overcharged a significant amount you will be refunded the difference. Shipping prices quoted are for the Continental United States only. Please contact us if you need an item shipped elsewhere.
RETURNS:
Please contact us in order to process a return. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. All product returns are subject to a restocking fee (Trail-Gear Products are 20%, all others are 10%). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in new condition. Actual shipping charges are not refundable. Returned Items should include a copy of the invoice or contact information, why you are returning your parts, and how you would prefer to receive you refund.
WARRANTY:
SideTracked Off Road Tracker Series LED lights carry a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. NiteLine Series LED lights carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This warranty covers the LEDs and other electronic components, as well as moisture/condensation in the lights. It does not cover physical damage caused by accidents, roll overs, salt, chemicals, etc. Beadlock wheels are not covered under warranty, other than for initial manufacturer defects. All other Sidetracked Off Road products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. Misuse and/or abuse or improper installation is not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover installation costs or damage to other parts, loss of revenue or loss of any goods.
All other parts are subject to manufacturer's stated warranty.

CANCELATIONS:
Due to a recent change in policy by our credit card processing service, cancelations may be subject to a 3% cancelation fee. Contact us for more information or if you have questions regarding this fee.
