XD Series Heat Treated Chromoly 3 piece Heim Joints
Our new XD Series 3 piece heim joints are ideal for link suspensions in the demanding off road world. These have tighter tolerances and better durability than our old injection molded heims and still cost less than many other options out there. Our heims are sold as sets and include weld in bungs, misalignment spacers and jam nuts.
3-piece Heim joints consist of
- A spherical ball made of heat-treated, precision-ground 52100 bearing steel
- An inner PTFE (teflon) race/liner, which sits between the ball and housing
- A chromoly housing (body)

. 1.25" Shaft
. 1" Bore
. 1 Left hand and 1 right hand heim
. Also available as 2LH or 2RH heims
. Tube adapters to 1.5" ID tube (x2)
. 3/4" or 5/8" misaligment spacers (x4)
. Jam nuts (1L and 1 R)
. 76,200 lb static load rating
. Perfect for lower or upper links
