Sumo Gear 4.7 Transfer Case Reduction Gears
Sumo Gears are cut from JIS (Japanese International Standard) SCM420 Alloy Steel. This material has been proven in transfer case applications and is used by Toyota in some of their own gears. Many aftermarket gears are forged from inferior steel. The gears are manufactured in Japan, using the latest in gear cutting technology by an O.E. supplier to one of the largest Japanese Automakers.
Available with a 21 or 23 spline input gear. If you are doing 4.7 reduction gears at the same time as a dual case setup, get 23 spline for both for increased strength.

Grade A gears and as a machinist… the finish looks great, I think anyone would be comfortable running these. The internet makes the install a breeze, I recommend them to others looking to upgrade their low range. ?
